Our college offers a D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) two-year full-time course.The Institute Affiliated with State Examination Board,Ghandhinagar and Exam Conducted by State Examination Board.
The D.El.Ed. program is designed to prepare skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate primary teachers through quality education, practical training, and modern teaching methodologies.
The academic year of the college begins from 15th June every year. The course is specially designed to prepare skilled, qualified, and responsible teachers for primary education. The program focuses on academic excellence, practical teaching methods, personality development, and moral values.
Admissions are open for both boys and girls. As per government rules, 85% seats are filled through Government Quota, while 15% seats are reserved under Management Quota.
Our college provides a positive learning environment with experienced faculty members, modern teaching methods, and various educational activities to help students build a successful teaching career.
Jivan Jyot Education Trust was established on 21st May 1992 with the aim of spreading quality education and encouraging teacher training, especially in rural areas. The trust manages Shri Jivan Jyoti Sah Adhyapan Mandir (D.El.Ed.) College, located at At.-Valam, Ta.-Visnagar, Di.-Mehsana.
The college is affiliated with State Examination Board, and all examinations are conducted under its guidance. The institution provides professional teacher education through experienced faculty members, practical teaching methods, educational activities, and personality development programs.
The PTC course offered by Shri Jivan Jyoti Sah Adhyapan Mandir (D.El.Ed.) College is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college has an approved intake of two units with a total capacity of 100 students.
The PTC course is a co-educational program designed for both boys and girls. The medium of instruction is Gujarati, which helps students understand teaching methods and educational concepts effectively in their regional language.
